General conditions

Minimum age: Classic: 4 years old
                      Plus: 7 years old

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

For safety, the entry of photographic or video cameras is not allowed during the expedition.

As we are an ecological reserve, we do not allow entry to the underground river with anything other than a swimsuit and prescription glasses.

Not recommended for pregnant women, however, if you are in the first months of pregnancy, you can participate by signing a responsive letter.

Not recommended for people with heart problems, or with walking disabilities, due to the nature of the tour.
