Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.
It is not allowed to enter the parks with food or drinks.
Some activities (in Xplor Fuego and Xenotes) are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.
All activities are subject to weather conditions.
Xplor Fuego
Minimum age: 5 years old
Minimum weight: 40kg (88lbs)
Maximum weight: 136 kg (300 lbs)
Only people over 18 years of age can drive.
Xoximilco
Recommended minimum age: 5 years.
Xenotes
Minimum age: 6 years old.
The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
Cancel conditions
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
