For safety, the entry of photographic or video cameras is not allowed during the expedition.

As we are an ecological reserve, entry to the underground river is only permitted with a swimsuit and prescription glasses. Avoid using chemical products such as sunscreen, repellent, etc.

Not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart and mobility problems, due to the nature of the tour.

People under the influence of alcohol or any drug are not allowed.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.
