General conditions
Children under 5 years old must measure at least 1 mt. tall to be able to participate in this program.
Bring you printed purchase coupon and a photo ID for your access to the park and the swim.
Personal cameras may not be brought into the dolphin swim program areas.
Companions must pay for transportation and entrance to the Xcaret park. Companions are not allowed access to the dock areas.
For your safety and that of the dolphins, you will not be able to use sunscreen or jewelry.
This tour is offered as a package and cannot be used in parts or on different days.
In order to use this package, you must arrive at the park on the Delphinus transportation, which is free from your hotel, if you arrive on your own you will not have access to the park.
