Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.
It is not allowed to enter the parks with food or drinks.
Some activities (in Xplor Fuego and Xenses) are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.

Xoximilco
Recommended minimum age: 5 years.
Xenses
To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
For your safety, avoid using a selfie stick, cane or sports camera float in activities.
Zip lines: Minimum height: 1.40 m. Minimum weight: 40 kg.
Slide and Flight: Minimum height of 1.10 m. It is essential to know how to swim.
