Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.

All activities are subject to weather conditions.

Xcaret Plus

The use of a camera, cell phone, selfie sticks or accessories that prevent completely hands-free activities is not allowed.

Dolphin Interax

The minimum height to participate is 1 mt.

Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult (both pay a ticket).

For the safety of our dolphins, it is not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, cell phones or any type of audiovisual.

For your safety and that of the dolphins, you will not be able to wear sunscreen or jewelry.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
