Maritime transportation leaves at 9:00 am. We recommend arriving 60 minutes early to check in before boarding.
General conditions
The use of life jackets for aquatic programs is mandatory.
In order to participate in the Swim Adventure activity, children must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
The use of cameras in the water is not allowed.
For safety reasons, only pregnant women with less than 5 months of pregnancy may participate accompanied by an adult and having signed a letter of responsibility.
Cancel conditions
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or failure to show up at the designated pick-up time do not apply for refunds.
