Xcaret at Night
The use of a camera, cell phone, selfie sticks or accessories that prevent completely hands-free activities is not allowed.
This tour is only available for hotels in Playa del Carmen & Riviera Maya.
Xplor Fuego
Minimum age: 5 years old
Minimum weight: 40kg (88lbs)
Maximum weight: 136 kg (300 lbs)
Only people over 18 years of age can drive.
Activities are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension and claustrophobia.
Cancel conditions
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
