The minimum age to drive the ATV is 16 years and 8 years as a passenger.

Basic swimming skills are required to participate in this tour.

It is not recommended for people with limited physical or motor mobility, respiratory or heart problems, pregnant women, with recent injuries or surgeries, or who cannot face moderate physical activities.

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour.
