General conditions
You must arrive 20 minutes before the start of your tour to register. Official identification will be required for both adults and children.
Access is not allowed to anyone in a state of intoxication and/or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In case of being detected in an inconvenient condition, the tour will be canceled without the right to a refund.
Cancel conditions
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or failure to show up at the designated pick-up time do not apply for refunds.
