Children under 12 years old and taller than 1.40 m must present identification to prove their age.

The use of a lifejacket is mandatory during all water activities.

For the zipline activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.

Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes, or chemical repellents, as they affect the ecosystem of the cenotes.

Touching or feeding the animals in the area is prohibited.

This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, or spinal problems, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, or pregnant women.
