Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.
It is not allowed to enter the parks with food or drinks.
The use of a camera, cell phone, selfie sticks or accessories that prevent completely hands-free activities is not allowed.
All activities are subject to weather conditions.
Xenses
To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
Some activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or who get dizzy easily, have recent surgery, back pain or weigh more than 136 kg, or for pregnant women.
Zip lines: Minimum height: 1.40 m. Minimum weight: 40 kg.
Slide and Flight: Minimum height of 1.10 m. It is essential to know how to swim.
Xichen Deluxe
The use of drones is prohibited.
The use of the life jacket in the cenote, is mandatory.
There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.
