To enter the park alone, you must be over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Some activities are not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, or who get dizzy easily, who have recently had surgery, back pain, or who weigh more than 300 lbs (136 kg), or for pregnant women.
There are height and weight requirements for activities.
Xichen Deluxe
The use of drones and the entry with backpacks in the archaeological zone are prohibited.
The use of the lifejacket in the cenote, is mandatory.
