General conditions

Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.

Some activities (in Xenses and Xplor) are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.

Xichen Classic

The use of drones and the entry with backpacks in the archaeological zone are prohibited.

The use of the lifejacket in the cenote, is mandatory.

There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.

Xplor 

Activities have height and weight requirements.

Wearing a helmet and knowing how to swim are required.

Xenses

To enter the park alone, you must be over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
