You must show up at 09:15 a.m. at the admissions box office to check-in.

In the park, you must behave with respect, courtesy and decorum, respect the order in the lines, obey the instructions provided by our hosts, lifeguards, guides and/or personnel in charge in a diligent and strict manner.

If you do not know how to swim or have any physical condition or limitation, inform the hosts, lifeguards, guides or personnel in charge. Do not expose yourself to an accident.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the tour, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior the tour or no show, non refundable.
