General conditions

Infants may participate at no cost (one infant applies for each paid adult); if they measure 1.21 mts or less in height in all swims they will carry out Friendly Encounter activities. From 1.22 mts they will be able to do the Ocean Secret and Fintastic experience.

During your swim program and in the lagoon area, for your safety it is important not to bring cameras, video cameras, jewelry or other personal items.

Women pregnant up to 5 months may only participate in the Friendly Encounter program.

Our dolphins are extremely delicate animals, so we ask you not to use sunscreen.

Cancel conditions

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or failure to show up at the designated pick-up time do not apply for refunds.
