You don't need to be a professional swimmer to have the best dolphin experience as at all times you will be standing on an underwater platform where our beloved dolphins will give you an adorable kiss and a wet but warm hug and hello.

The dolphins are always happy to play with our visitors, as well as to share their amazing skills and friendly company. While you are on the platform, our marine mammal specialists will share interesting facts about dolphins such as their diet, breeding programs and care, as well as tips to protect our environment.

Enjoy the rest of the day in our two incredible pools, or relax in the sun. Savor a delicious buffet menu and enjoy refreshing drinks from our national open bar with your family and friends.

How to get?

Boat schedule: 9:00 am, only departure time to the Isla Mujeres parks. Please show up 30 minutes before at the appointment place to perform your Check-in.

General conditions

The use of lifejackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.

Children from 1 a 5 years old can participate free, 1 child for each adult with a paid ticket. They will perform activities according to their height and complexion.

For safety,  only women who are 5 months pregnant or less can participate, accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form.

The use of cameras in the water is not allowed.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or failure to show up at the designated pick-up time do not apply for refunds.
