Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.
It is not allowed to enter the parks with food or drinks.
The use of a camera, cell phone, selfie sticks or accessories that prevent completely hands-free activities is not allowed.
Some activities (in Xenses and Xenotes) are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.
All activities are subject to weather conditions.
Xenses
To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
Zip lines: Minimum height: 1.40 m. Minimum weight: 40 kg.
Slide and Flight: Minimum height of 1.10 m. It is essential to know how to swim.
Xenotes
Minimum age: 6 years old.
The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
Cancel conditions
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
