Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.
Some activities are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.
Xenses
To enter the park alone, you must be over 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
There are height and weight requirements for activities.
Xenotes
Minimum age: 6 years old.
The use of the lifejacket is mandatory during all water activities.
For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes, or chemical repellents, as they affect the ecosystem of the cenotes. Touching or feeding the animals in the area is prohibited.
