General conditions

Children under 12 years old with a height greater than 1.40 m, must present identification to prove their age.

The use of the lifejacket is mandatory during all water activities.

Activities have height and weight requirements.

Some activities (in Xplor and Xenotes) are restricted for pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, claustrophobia, diabetes, neck and back problems; with recent surgeries or any cardiac history.

Xichen Deluxe

The use of drones and the entry with backpacks in the archaeological zone are prohibited.

There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.

Xplor

Wearing a helmet and knowing how to swim are required.

Xenotes

Minimum age: 6 years old.

Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes, or chemical repellents, as they affect the ecosystem of the cenotes. Touching or feeding the animals in the area is prohibited.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of the first activity, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of the first activity, having completed the first activity or not showing up at the designated pick-up time, do not apply for refunds.
