It is important to be present 30 minutes in advance; If you have to document a piece of luggage, show up much earlier. Spaces subject to availability.

If your clothes are wet or you have sand, we ask you to use the external spaces.

Under 18s must travel with an adult.

In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Authority, will indicate if safe navigation is possible.

Cancel conditions

  • In case you need to make a change, your ferry ticket is valid for 6 months from the chosen date, so you can enjoy your transfer to Isla Mujeres.
  • Date changes are not allowed on the day of your visit.
