The Dolphin Connection program has the perfect dose of interacting with dolphins and manatees, prepare to be impressed with their intelligence and charming personality.

Enjoy the ball games, when the dolphins touch your hand on the water and learn to dance in the water like them. These cute marine animals give kisses and you can hug them in return.

General conditions

For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate.

Children from 6 years old pay dock tax.

The use of lifejacket is mandatory in all water programs.

Children from 1 a 5 years old can participate free, 1 child for each adult with a paid ticket and they will carry out activities of the Encounter program regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.

Cancel conditions

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation, 100% refundable.
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation or failure to show up at the designated pick-up time do not apply for refunds.
